Fredspris, för VAD??

Gillar verkligen Barack Obama och tror han kommer göra mycket gott för både USA och säkert också en del för övriga världen, samt blir en stor förebild för minoriteter både i och utanför USA.

Därifrån till att idag ge honom Nobels fredspris är otroligt långt ifrån vad jag kan förstå. Visst har han säkerligen gjort en hel del för freden i världen, eller som nobelkommitten skriver "hans extraordinära insatser för att stärka internationell diplomati och samarbete mellan folk". Innebär detta att han kan luta sig tillbaka och arbetet på något vis skulle vara avklarat, nej. Det finns så mycket orätt som USA ställt till med genom åren som måste bearbetas, och först när en stor del av dessa ställts tillrätta eller det faktum att Obama inte längre är president och inte kan påverka i samma utsträckning, först då borde han vara aktuell för detta prestigefyllda pris.

Nu är ju mina åsikter i detta helt obetydliga, för jag får nog erkänna att många pristagarna aldrig ens funnits i mitt medvetande innan de fick priset. Med det inte sagt att de inte är värda detta, även om jag ser många som kanske inte borde fått priset eftersom deras insatser för just FRED är nästan obefintliga i mina ögon. Får man kanske fråga sig varför inte Carl-Bildt var aktuell när han medlade på ett förnämligt sätt i fd Jugoslavien?

Många hävdar, med all rätt, att priset har delats ut i förskott, och för att uppmuntra Obama till sitt fortsatta arbete för fred. Eftersom priset inte tidigare, och dessutom är det emot Alfred Nobels sista vilja att, dela ut priset i förväg. Utan premiera upptäckter och resultat som gagnar mänskligheten, i efterhand. Måste därför citera detta inlägg

Det var väl lite tidigt att ge Obama fredspriset.
Ett fredspris bör komma efter en längre tids
insatser och uthållighet i arbetet för fred. Gärna
kopplat till resultat. Bättre att vänta några år
och se hur och om han fortsätter arbetet. Men
det är inte första gången norrmännen använder
fredspriset för att 'köpa kompisar', något som
slagit bakut förut

Really like Barack Obama and believe he will do very well for both the U.S. and probebly rest of the world, and will be a great role model for a lot of minorities, both within and outside the United States.

From there to now give him the Nobel Peace Prize is incredibly far from what I can understand. Sure, he has certainly done a lot for world peace, or as the nobelcommity writes "his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples". Does this mean that he can sit back and the work in any way could be done, no. There is so much wrong as made for the United States over the years that must be addressed, and when a large portion of these grips made or the fact that Obama is no longer president, and might not affect in the same extent, only then should he be considered for this prestigious award.

Of course my views in this totally insignificant, because I must admit that many winners never even been in my consciousness before they won the prize. Not saying that they do not deserve this, although I see many people who perhaps should not have won the award because their efforts for PEACE is almost non-existent in my eyes. May perhaps ask why not Carl Bildt was current when he mediated in a dignified manner in the former Yugoslavia

So many say that this award is to encurage Obama to keep on working for peace, and that is offcourse a very nice gesture, but since no nobelprize ever before, and the context of Alfred Nobels will was not to, premier in advance but given to people that made a difference in different areas. Have to quote this
